How Post-Tensioning Works
With a long and proven history worldwide, the PT system operates on a balanced loading concept. The post-tensioning elements are designed to counteract the building's collective loads (live, dead, and superimposed).
PT strands, composed of seven high-tensile wires, are tensioned using hydraulic equipment. This applied force provides high structural stability while achieving an ultimate reduction in the amount of concrete and standard steel reinforcement required.

Our quotation provides a complete analysis that includes the final design and detailed material classification. For easy estimation, we break down the total cost using the post-tensioning slab area, providing unit rates by sqm or ton. Furthermore, we supply precise quantities for all associated materials, including PT work materials, steel, concrete, and formwork.
